A Few Healthy Soup Recipes

Another tip- that I discovered, is to use the remaining ground veggies from the juicer and create a delicious soup…here is the recipe:

Put all of the following in a pot- using the added veggies as they suit your blood type:

-remainder from juice/ juicer- I like red peppers, celery, broccoli, carrots, green onion, and zuccinni
-lots of fresh garlic, cut ½ cooking onion, large portobello mushroom- chopped, a few cut Yukon gold potatoes
-sea salt, many dashes of Spike, and cayenne pepper to taste
-a big squeeze of fresh lemon juice, soya sauce, sesame oil, chicken bouillon cube, top up with distilled water
-chopped fresh herbs- rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsley, basil

Boil and simmer, blend in a blender, serve hot or cold with a dollop of low fat yogurt per serving. YUMMY!

Let me know if you like it!!!

And remember: Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food!

Here is another easy one!

Buy the organic creamy soup that suits your blood type- I like the potato and leek- but, I know, only good for a few blood types!

-In some grapeseed oil with a touch of butter, saute lots of freshly chopped garlic, onions and oyster mushrooms (cut in slices), cook until garlic is brown and mushrooms are starting to crisp

-Chop asparagus in 1/2" slices

-Throw altogether and heat until asparagus is cooked as you like. Seasalt and cayenne pepper as you enjoy.

Enjoy with toasted spelt bread. Yummy!
