Get Into the Healthy Groove!

How to get back into a healthy "groove" to feel better and lose those unwanted pounds…..
Instead of trying to create a new you all at once, go at it slowly and you won't feel so overwhelmed.

Let's look at exercise. If you have recently joined a gym or are getting back into a fitness routine (possibly using the terrific rebounder/mini- trampoline), remember to start slowly to allow your muscles to tone carefully and without too much stress.

And about your diet. Well, we all probably had the best intentions when it came to eating over the holidays, but it is difficult to not gain weight. This is not a time to panic!
· Keep your body warm- drink lots of room-temp. pure water- preferably with a squeeze of fresh lemon and/or herbal teas, use spices in your food
· Start your day with your Power Drink to strengthen your immune system
· Take enzymes with lunch and dinner to better digest your food (reduce bloating)
· Eat more fresh veggies- at least 5 different kinds each day- raw, steamed, baked
· Eat organic, free range, additive free food- clean, healthy food makes a difference!

Imagine the benefits!
· Increased energy, stamina, and well-being
· Increased mental focus and concentration
· Stabilized mood swings
· Purified and nourished blood
· Maintained blood sugar levels
· Normalized weight
· Enhanced immune system
· Normalized appetite, naturally
· Intestinal regularity
· Improved sleep patterns
· Stronger nails, smoother skin, silkier hair

Set up a daily routine that helps YOU perform good habits. Then be sure to follow through. Start this year off right- one step at a time. You are making lifestyle changes and it doesn't happen overnight. Remember, it takes 3-4 weeks to create a habit- stay with it- it can only benefit YOU!!!
And then, when you come back for your blood analysis review- you will be pleasantly surprised to see the very positive changes in your blood. See you soon!
